The Sultan of Brunei's car collection

The Sultan of Brunei's car collection: 12 of his rarest cars, from the Bentley Dominator SUV and Buccaneer to the Ferrari FX and McLaren F1 LM.

About The Sultan of Brunei

Hassanal Bolkiah, the 29th Sultan of Brunei, is famous for owning the biggest private car collection in the world. Reports put it at more than 7,000 cars, kept in guarded hangars that very few outsiders ever get to see. In the 1990s the royal family bought cars on a scale no one else could, and they also commissioned one-off Ferraris, Bentleys and BMWs that never went on sale to anyone else. Here are some of the rarest cars in the collection.
