What cars have a 5x100 bolt pattern?

Classic Subaru Impreza, WRX, STI, many Forester/Legacy years, plus older VW Golf/Jetta and select Toyota/Scion models. Newer Subarus often use 5x114.3 — verify your year.

Can I put 5x114.3 wheels on a 5x100 Subaru?

Only with proper hub-centric adapters rated for the car. Direct bolt-on is not possible. Prefer correct-PCD wheels.
